Structure determination from small molecule to macromolecule
by X-ray crystallography
To understand reaction mechanisms and features of molecules,
the knowledge of three-dimensional molecular structures is highly important.
Structure determination with atomic resolution experimentally needs
X-ray crystallography. My research aims at solution of relationship
between structures and functions through determination of three-dimensional
structures of molecules relating to biology by X-ray crystal structure analysis.
