Method of network connection for Distance Learning
For preventing the spread of the Corona virus, TUT will conduct classes by Distance learning from May 11th (Mon) and lets you take classes at your home. (You will get an announcement before each class starts). For taking Distance learning smoothly, you need to have a stable Internet connection and equipment like computer, but many appliance and electronics stores run out of supply now. Therefore, please don't go out for seeking Internet environment. Moreover, you don't have to purchase expensive computer. Almost all Distance learning are possible to browse by your smartphone. Please take Distance learning by your smartphone until the situation will improve. If you don't have any equipment like computer and Smart phone, please contact below contact information.
To register your classes and take Distance learning, you need to access with using your User ID, Password and Onetime Password. We noticed that there are lots of students who didn't set this procedure, so we decided to send MATRIX CODE, which is very important code for doing this procedure from outside the campus, to every student by post. (MATRIX CODE is also needed for when you forget your Password, so please keep it carefully). We send it to your address, which you informed us when you entered to TUT. If you have not used Onetime Password yet, please carry out procedure with using this MATRIX CODE while referring to the Guidebook. Moreover, please ensure that you can access to Student support desk for online (trial version of Distance learning).
Please don't go out for seeking Internet environment and computer.
Distance learning are possible to browse by your Smart phone.
Please do a procedure with using Onetime Password.
Keep your MATRIX CODE carefully.

Finally, from May 11th (Mon), new semester will begin, and classes in Spring semester will start by Distance learning. Information and Media Center and CITE already sent you two notifications to your address which you informed us when you entered to TUT;

for let every student take Distance learning smoothly at your home. We believe that you already received them. However, we noticed that we misinformed one important notification to you. We forgot to explain about the Class Code「kpzuz64」or「kjaidqf」 in「STEP5: Go to the Student support desk for Online (Trial version of Distance learning)」in「About the procedure for taking Distance learning with accessing TUT Net Work」We post the revised version of notification here, so please refer it. The procedure, which we explain here, is necessary for connecting to TUT Net Work, registering your classes and taking Distance learning. If you don't know Onetime Password, please make sure for completing this procedure. Also, if you already complete class registration, please access to「Student support desk for Online」
